When I was child my grandma used to cook chicken alla cacciatora. If I close my eyes I can remember the smell of “soffritto” made with onion, carrots and celery. With those ravioli I hope I will give you the same pleasure. I made a little change in the filling because in Italy we don’t eat pasta with chicken, so I used beef.
Ingridients: Flour 00, free range eggs, mince beef, carrots, onion, celery, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper.
